The total capacity of the training is for 20 people; however, we are offering 10 matching grants of $750 to those selected from the applicants who are committed to the 5 year EMDR Leadership Advanced Practice Fellowship Program. Additionally the participants have to cover $200 dollars for required case consultation directly to Dr. Sprowls. Total cost of this training is $1,500. The total of the tuition after scholarship is $950
For the up to 10 selected 5 Year Advanced Practice Fellowship recipients, The Be It Foundation will cover 50% of Basic 1 and 2 lecture, and your consultation after Basic Training hours (Dr. Sprowls requires that she provide the consultation for the Basic Training) are completed to be used for certification for licensed or sponsored professionals who meet the following:

_____ Comply with the EMDRIA requirements for training and certification after you receive the certificate
_____ Be willing to consider becoming an EMDR Consultant
_____ Provide a statement about EMDR to be used in marketing and media materials.
_____ This application authorizes The Be It Foundation the use of the images and experiences of the trainings in our social media and webpage.
Program Coordinator (Part-time Position) Application
The Be it Foundation is expanding access to mental health services through training, community programs, and strategic partnerships. We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Program Coordinator to manage the foundation grant processes, support programming, and assist with fundraising activities.
Location: Remote
Hours: 10 Hrs/week (Flexible schedule with some fixed deadlines)
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring successful programming and securing foundation support. This position is responsible for tracking and managing grant cycles, supporting fundraising campaigns, and contributing to program operations. The ideal candidate thrives in both big-picture strategy and detail-oriented execution.
*Once we have reviewed all applications, we will begin scheduling Zoom interviews with shortlisted applicants*
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact point for foundation grants.
• Build, maintain, and update a list of potential grants and foundations.
• Draft and edit grant proposals, reports, and related content.
• Track grant deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate and support program activities, events, and initiatives.
• Manage program timelines and deliverables
• Maintain accurate records of programming activities and outcomes.
• Support fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop campaign materials and event logistics.

Be It! scholarships and grants are limited to those going to school or residing in Texas.
Our emergency assistance funds are distributed through organizations in San Antonio and Laredo, Texas. The funding is limited to rental assistance, utilities, food and basic needs, up to specific dollar amounts. The two organizations currently receiving emergency assistance support for their programs are Salvation Army of Laredo https://www.salvationarmytexas.org/laredo/ and Catholic Charities Archdiocese of San Antonio https://ccaosa.org/emergency-assistance/. Scholarships cover tuition and/or living expenses if tuition is already covered through other means. The goal is to increase success by eliminating the financial stress that limit student performance. Checks are cut directly to the institution.
